How do I book my cleaning service?
You can book your cleaning service through the contact us section of the website.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment and materials?
No, for both Domestic and Commercial Cleaning we provide all cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless otherwise agreed.
Is there a minimum booking?
For all our domestic cleaning services the minimum is 3 hours and all commercial cleans require a minimum booking of 2 hours.
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes, if you are happy with your cleaner, we will try and make sure you get the same cleaner every time with some exceptions due to holidays, sickness, and staff rotation. If your regular cleaner is off sick we will always call you and send a replacement.
How do I pay?
- Commercial cleaning will be via invoice
- After builders cleaning will be via invoice
- Domestic cleans are payable on the day of cleaning
- Spring cleans are payable on the day of cleaning
- Moving on will be via invoice
Is Phoenix Professional Cleaning insured?
Yes, we are insured for up to £2.5 million public liability insurance.
