After Builders' Cleaning
You are left with your brand new build and everyone knows how a new build can look after the contractors have left. There may be cement or plaster on the tiles, splashes of paint on the skirting, and a film of dust on every surface. The Phoenix after builders’ cleaning service allows you to get on with selling plots whilst we look after the cleaning chores. We are fully insured and our flexible approach means that we will fit in comfortably with your completion dates.
Availability
Phoenix Cleaning normally requires at least 14 days notice for this service but please contact us to check our availability.
Materials
We supply our own tried and tested materials and equipment. We also supply eco-friendly cleaning products if you wish at additional cost. Unlike others we also use clean cloths for every clean!
