Having used another cleaning company in the past, and I do use the word cleaning, loosely, it was a positive pleasure to come across Mark and Kara - aka Phoenix Cleaning. Not only do they leave your house sparkling and freshly scented, but they are delightfully honest. Mark found a valuable stone from an antique ring, which I had lost some time ago - shows how often I clean!, and in fact so thorough are they in retrieving coins, that they leave me better off when they leave than when they arrived! Another wonderful trait, and trust me this isn't easy in Suffolk, they actually arrive when they say they will! If unavoidably held up, they dispel yet another Suffolk truism - they actually phone to let you know! They are a charming and delightful couple - however that is secondary to the fact that they are superb cleaners. You know those little areas that you personally dig in & clean - they do too! Trust me that has never happened before with any of their rivals - a dismal Hoover and a perfunctory dust is usually what cleaning companies consider a thorough clean up! However, one huge and glaring problem - so good are they that you might never pick up another Hoover again - Hooray for that, I say!
